About the role
TinyWoolf is looking for an Account Executive / Client Growth Lead to help turn early conversations into well-managed client relationships. You will connect prospective clients with the studio, understand what they need, and keep each opportunity moving with clarity, care, and commercial awareness.
This is not simply a customer-service or administrative position. The role requires initiative, confident communication, consistent follow-through, and the judgment to recognise which opportunities are right for TinyWoolf.
What you’ll do
- Respond to and qualify incoming project enquiries.
- Understand each prospective client’s needs, goals, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate and, when appropriate, lead introductory and discovery calls.
- Work closely with the founders to prepare scopes, proposals, and next steps.
- Follow up on active opportunities consistently and professionally.
- Maintain an accurate view of the client pipeline, conversations, decisions, and next actions.
- Help improve the prospective-client experience from first contact to project confirmation.
- Identify relevant relationship, partnership, and business-development opportunities.
- Track conversion performance and provide clear pipeline updates.
- Protect TinyWoolf’s positioning by prioritising aligned opportunities rather than pursuing every lead.
Who we’re looking for
- A clear and confident communicator in Indonesian and English.
- Experience in account management, business development, sales, client relations, or a comparable client-facing role.
- Comfortable speaking with founders, business owners, and decision-makers.
- Organised and consistent with follow-ups.
- Commercially aware without relying on aggressive selling.
- Able to work independently and take responsibility in a remote environment.
- Curious about branding, design, culture, and creative businesses.
- Experience with a creative studio, agency, branding company, digital business, hospitality brand, or F&B business is valuable but not mandatory.
- Bali-based candidates are preferred.
What success looks like
- Enquiries receive clear and timely responses.
- Qualified prospects move into productive discovery conversations.
- Follow-ups happen consistently without opportunities being lost through inaction.
- Proposals and next steps are communicated clearly.
- The pipeline remains accurate and visible.
- Conversion performance improves without compromising the studio’s positioning.
- Prospective clients experience TinyWoolf as thoughtful, organised, and professional.
Working arrangement and compensation
- Remote role.
- Bali-based preferred.
- Base salary.
- Commission.
- Performance incentive.
Hiring process
- Application review
- Short introductory conversation
- Practical discussion or small role-relevant exercise
- Founder interview
- Final decision
